Summary

Outdated grout and worn countertops can make a bathroom feel tired, even when the fixtures are functional. This project involved refreshing both the hall and master bathrooms with new grout, countertops, and plumbing fixtures. The homeowner wanted a cleaner look and surfaces that would hold up to daily use.

The Work

Removed and replaced grout in stall shower, tub shower, and floors in both bathrooms using non-sanded and sanded cement-based grout to match the original color
Sealed all new grout and reapplied silicone around the tub perimeter
Removed old countertops and installed new prefabricated Calacatta Lisboa artificial glass countertops with undermount sinks
Fitted new p-traps and faucets in both bathrooms

The Outcome

Both bathrooms now feel brighter and easier to maintain. The consistent grout lines and fresh sealant keep moisture out, while the new countertops and sinks create a crisp, updated appearance. These updates give the space a fresh start and make regular cleaning much simpler.
