Summary

This guest bathroom needed a complete refresh, from the shower enclosure to the floor and walls. The space called for updated tile work, improved moisture protection, and a modern look throughout.

The Work

Removed old shower tile and installed new tile backing for water protection
Installed and grouted new shower tiles, created a shower niche, and sealed all grout
Deep-cleaned and stain-sealed the bathroom floor grout to match existing color
Recaulked the sink perimeter and replaced the shower valve with customer-supplied hardware
Replaced the exhaust fan for better ventilation
Primed and painted the walls, ceiling, and trim to finish the space

The Outcome

The bathroom now feels brighter and more inviting, with crisp new tile lines and a fresh, clean floor pattern. Proper sealing and ventilation help protect against moisture, making maintenance easier for the homeowner.
