The Work

Removed old kitchen backsplash tile and countertops, then installed new tile backing, fresh tile, and sealed grout
Upgraded kitchen and bathroom countertops with undermount sinks and new fixtures
Regrouted and sealed shower walls, floors, and tub surrounds in both bathrooms
Applied new silicone to glass enclosures and recaulked fixtures for better moisture protection

The Outcome

The kitchen now features a bright, updated look with smooth countertops and a detailed backsplash. Bathrooms have improved durability and a cleaner appearance thanks to new grout, caulk, and modern fixtures. These changes make daily upkeep easier and help the property feel well cared for.
