Summary

Cracked grout lines and worn caulking can leave a bathroom looking tired and lead to water issues if left unchecked. This project focused on restoring both appearance and protection for a master bath and kitchen sink.

The Work

Removed old silicone and recaulked around the kitchen sink and backsplash
Installed new grout on the master bathroom bench and repaired missing or cracked grout on shower walls, floor, and curb
Resiliconed the perimeter of the shower floor, the base of the shower enclosure, and where tile meets the ceiling

The Outcome

The bathroom now has even, sealed grout lines and clean caulking in every joint. These repairs brought back a finished look and helped guard against moisture. The space feels refreshed and ready for daily use.
